The controller operates the website and determines the purposes and means of the personal-data processing carried out through it.
2. Nature of the website
echoniaworld.com is the official presentation site of ECHONIA WORLD (literature, music, trailer, contact details).
There is currently no registration, user account, newsletter, checkout, or form-based data collection. Book purchases take place in external stores.
3. Processing activities
3.1. Technical operation (Framer)
The site is displayed by Framer. When the site is opened, technical data necessary for operation may be generated, in particular: IP address, browser and device data, time, and the requested page.
Purpose: secure operation, display, and troubleshooting of the website.
Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Processor: Framer.
3.2. Framer Analytics
According to Framer, its built-in analytics does not use cookies and does not create persistent identifiers.
Purpose: aggregated visitor statistics.
Legal basis: legitimate interest.
The controller does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, or any other marketing tracker. If this changes, this notice will be updated.
3.3. Email contact
If you write to grobertder.music@gmail.com, the sender’s name, email address, the content of the message, and any other personal data voluntarily included in it may be processed.
Purpose: answering the enquiry (publishing, media, music, rights, professional contact).
Legal basis: legitimate interest, and — where the enquiry concerns a possible contract — steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Retention: until the communication is closed, and for no longer than 2 years, unless a longer period is required by a legal claim or a legal obligation.
These data are not used for newsletters or direct marketing without a separate lawful basis.
3.4. YouTube — loaded only on click
Music and the trailer first appear as the site’s own cover image. The YouTube player loads only if the visitor starts playback.
The browser may then connect to YouTube/Google systems. Google may process IP address, device and browser data, cookies, and — if the visitor is signed in — account-related data.
Purpose: playback of the content on this website.
Legal basis: the visitor’s consent given by an active action to start playback.
YouTube/Google is an independent controller:

ECHONIA WORLD does not have access to the visitor’s YouTube or Google account.
Further videos or the YouTube icon take the visitor to YouTube; from that point, YouTube’s own rules apply.
3.5. External links
The site may link to Amazon, Apple Books, Goodreads, YouTube, and other platforms. After language and format selection, the purchase button leads to an external site.
Book purchases, ratings, reviews, account activity, and other interactions on those platforms are handled by those platforms. ECHONIA WORLD does not receive account credentials, payment data, Goodreads ratings, reviews, or other personal data submitted directly to those services, unless the visitor separately provides such information to ECHONIA WORLD.
3.6. Language selection
Switching the website language is a functional setting, not marketing profiling.

According to the provider, Framer Analytics operates without cookies.
Language selection is a functional setting.
YouTube cookies or similar technologies may appear after the player is started.
There is currently no separate marketing cookie. If tracking that requires consent is added later, an appropriate consent mechanism will be introduced and this notice will be updated.
6. Retention periods
Technical and analytics data: according to Framer’s operation, in aggregated form.
Emails: see 3.3.
YouTube: according to Google’s own retention rules.
7. Rights of the data subject
You may request information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest, as well as — where the statutory conditions are met — data portability.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
